Responsibilities

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections

  • Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications

  • Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended solutions

  • Complete work orders accurately and maintain a clean, organized job site

Qualifications

  • HVAC installation and service experience preferred (but not required)

  • EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Sheet metal and ductwork experience is a plus

Pay

  • $18–$40 per hour (depending on experience and certifications)
